After climbing many, many, MANY steps, you arrive at the TOWN HALL COURTYARD. There aren't many people who wander all the way up here! It is a stately marble building standing at the peak of the PROMENADE, surrounded by a GARDEN. Maybe there is something interesting inside...
Upon entering, you find that the Town Hall's reception area appears to be as empty as the courtyard. Still, it looks like there are still some areas open for visitors.
A book rests upon a display behind the emtpy reception desk. It is labeled as a documentation of the webmaster's more random going-ons: "thoughts, works in progress, and...honestly, just a lot of rambling." Each section is accompanied by a tiny illustrated bookmark, which allows you to jump from month-to-month with ease.
The small room to your left appears to be a makeshift library that houses WRITINGS on a variety of topics. So far there only appear to be a few items available for public checkout, but maybe there will be many more articles to read and sections to explore over time.
